preventing deterioration and wear that could compromise the building\u2019s integrity.<\/p><p>Renovation for aesthetic reasons and the desire to refresh the building\u2019s appearance:<br \/>Old buildings can significantly improve the appearance of the structure and its surroundings, while also preventing weather damage and wear.<br \/>A building that is not renovated and properly maintained periodically will continue to age, which may lead to more significant and costly maintenance in the future.<\/p><p>Improving the building\u2019s exterior appearance and the common residential areas significantly enhances the residents\u2019 quality of life, increases the value of the apartments, and attracts potential buyers and renters.<\/p><p>Here are some examples that require maintenance:<br \/>A worn-out building, faded and dirty paint, rust, dampness, wear and tear, broken flooring, and faulty insulation and sealing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
